If You Don't Like Something Change ItIf You Could Change One Thing…

If you could change one thing, what would it be? Part of my job as a relationship coach is to help people empower themselves by first getting clear about what it is they want in their lives.

And because I specialize in helping women answer the question “should I stay or should I go?”, let me be more specific. If you could change one thing about your romantic relationship, what would it be?

  • Better communication?
  • A deeper connection?
  • More quality time?

Whatever your answer may be, it is unique to you and your relationship. No one can answer this question for you. However, if you know the answer, but don’t yet have a solution, you’re in the right place…keep reading.

What I mean by “solution” is a way to reach your goal. You may know what you want to change in your relationship, but you might not know how to make it happen.

When you know you want something, but you don’t know how to get it, this creates confusion and stress. We all experience this in our lives in one form or another.

This is where having faith in something bigger than you (God, the Universe, Spirit, whatever you want to call it) can help you in a BIG way. But even when you have a strong faith, you still need to trust yourself in finding the right help for you.

If you want a new job, you have various resources to help you figure out your strengths, what you enjoy doing, and how to get a job in that field.

If you want a new car, Consumer Reports can tell you anything and everything you want to know about the cars you’re interested in.

If you want a new relationship, or at least an improved relationship, there are resources available to you that can lead you in that direction, including me :-).

I know how awful it feels to be in a relationship that’s no longer working, and how the confusion and stress of should I stay or should I go? can keep you feeling stuck and powerless. I am here to tell you that there is a solution!

If you feel like nothing can change, that means part of you feels trapped and helpless, and the energy of that feeling is hurting you, not helping you. You have the opportunity and the ability to shift your attitude…shift happens.

Instead of staying on a hopeless path, move to a healthy path instead. Reach out to someone who can help you. A trusted resource who can help you name your goals, and then give you constructive tools, guidance and support in reaching those goals.

You deserve to be in a healthy relationship. You can do it…and I am here to help you!
